Senior Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the analytics practice supporting the Records Retrieval line of business
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable data solutions
• Own the development and ongoing improvement of dashboards and reporting in Sigma
• Establish reporting standards and improve data quality
• Strengthen the underlying analytics infrastructure
• Deliver reporting and insights that drive better decision-making

Requirements

• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Business acumen
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Sigma is required
• Experience with Snowflake is strongly preferred
