About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the analytics practice supporting the Records Retrieval line of business
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable data solutions
- Own the development and ongoing improvement of dashboards and reporting in Sigma
- Establish reporting standards and improve data quality
- Strengthen the underlying analytics infrastructure
- Deliver reporting and insights that drive better decision-making
Requirements
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Business acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Sigma is required
- Experience with Snowflake is strongly preferred
