About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines that move and shape data for downstream reporting
- Work within the client's data integration and warehousing stack
- Collaborate with client-side stakeholders and the CompassX team
- Translate technical engineering work into business context
- Work autonomously while staying aligned with a small group of engineers and analysts
Requirements
- Extensive experience with IICS and Amazon Redshift
- Ability to move fast in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience as an independent contractor (1099)
