About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data architecture handling hundreds of TBs with 10x growth
- Drive data quality initiatives with observability and monitoring
- Lead data modeling efforts to support business growth
- Build and scale A/B testing and experimentation infrastructure
- Partner with stakeholders to turn business requirements into data solutions
- Mentor teams on data best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years building and scaling data infrastructure in high-growth environments
- Startup experience with ability to drive initiatives independently
- Deep expertise in Snowflake and dbt
- Strong data modeling, schema design and architecture skills
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks and observability
- Experience building experimentation (A/B testing) infrastructure
- Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Rudderstack, Sigma Computing, Metaplane, Eppo
- Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrencies
- Dashboard performance and query optimization at scale
- Data cataloging and metadata management
