Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Drive product and business impact through statistical modeling and experiment design
• Perform Bayesian marketing analysis and implement classifiers across search, AI, and revenue optimization
• Define core growth metrics and build infrastructure to monitor trends and anomalies
• Build monitoring pipelines to detect shifts in search traffic patterns
• Expand evaluation datasets for page context understanding
• Improve trigger systems for AI-assisted answers in search

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science
• Proven track record of leading high-complexity projects from scoping to production
• Proficiency in Python or a comparable high-level language
• Advanced SQL and query optimization skills
• Experience with columnar databases like BigQuery, Clickhouse, Redshift, or Druid
• Ability to design, implement, and analyze experiments
• Experience working with sparse or privacy-constrained data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying and iterating on ML in production environments
• Experience developing and deploying NLP solutions
• Knowledge of LLMs including fine-tuning and LLM-as-judge
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI
