Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS (Terraform), Azure, Cloudflare, and on-premise servers
• Run and tune production EKS clusters including Karpenter node provisioning and resource governance
• Extend CI/CD and GitOps delivery model on GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Operate Kafka (Strimzi), RabbitMQ clusters, and MQTT messaging infrastructure
• Design and maintain Grafana dashboards and alert rules
• Support PostgreSQL environments including replication health and schema changes
• Support MT4/MT5 trading services and payment-provider integrations
• Apply least-privilege security across cloud accounts and internal services
• Join the on-call rotation and lead root-cause investigations
• Partner with backend, data, and product teams to turn operational findings into infrastructure improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role
• Hands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep working knowledge of AWS (VPC, EKS, EC2, IAM)
• Strong Terraform skills and CI/CD with GitHub Actions
• Proficiency with observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus)
• Solid Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat) and Windows Server skills
• Hands-on with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging infrastructure
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash
• Methodical root-cause analysis under time pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Exposure to MT4/MT5 trading infrastructure
• Azure experience (Container Apps, Managed Identities, Azure PostgreSQL)
• PostgreSQL administration experience
• Cloudflare Workers or Zero Trust/Access
• Cost optimization and FinOps practice
