About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the ATC Operations team, including staffing, coaching and succession planning
- Set ATC network strategy, multiyear plan and annual objectives
- Oversee treatment center authorization, onboarding, readiness, monitoring and reauthorization
- Provide operational leadership across tumor procurement, logistics, manufacturing coordination and treatment readiness
- Lead operational reviews and resolve cross-functional issues
- Maintain ATC operating standards aligned with labeling, regulatory and quality requirements
- Set performance measures for center readiness, capacity and throughput
- Establish escalation procedures and partner on root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Oversee business continuity plans and manage the ATC Operations budget
- Lead ATC readiness for new indications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, nursing, health sciences, business, operations or related field
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in biopharma, oncology, cell therapy or treatment-center operations
- At least six years of people-leadership experience
- Experience managing the treatment-center lifecycle
- Working knowledge of the cell therapy patient and product journey
- Experience with quality systems, investigations and inspection readiness
- Experience in capacity management, budget management and business-continuity planning
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Travel approximately 35% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in science, nursing, healthcare administration, business or operations
- Experience with business intelligence, CRM or operational management systems
- Experience with treatment-center network expansion or new-indication readiness
Benefits
- Annual base salary range of $280,000 to $300,000 USD
