Senior Director, Business Development, MEA

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategy across Africa and the MEA region
• Lead negotiations and deal structuring with PSPs, fintechs, and mobile money providers
• Build commercial models, financial forecasts and go-to-market strategies
• Own post-close relationships with strategic partners as primary point of contact
• Drive partner activation, joint business plans, KPIs and time-to-revenue
• Conduct regular partner business reviews and identify growth opportunities
• Track partner performance and pipeline using CRM and analytics tools

Requirements

• 13+ years in business development or partner management in financial services, fintech or digital assets
• Track record of closing complex deals and growing partnerships post-close
• Deep understanding of MEA financial ecosystem, mobile money and cross-border payments
• Strong network with financial institutions, fintechs and enterprise partners in the region
• Good understanding of digital assets and cryptocurrency sector
• Practical fluency with generative AI and analytics tools
• Business-level English

• Arabic or French
