About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and scale corporate (G&A) and commercial business systems ahead of launch
- Lead IT PMO partnership to build project and portfolio management across IT and the business
- Serve as trusted business partner to Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance and Commercial leaders
- Support R&D initiatives and CSV-governed systems as needed
- Lead implementations through strategic vendors and SaaS partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field
- 12+ years of biopharma IT experience
- Experience building G&A and commercial systems (ERP, P2P, HCM, CRM, data, BI, AI)
- Experience leading PMO, technical project and vendor management
- Knowledge of CSV/CSA, GxP and biopharma IT compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial systems and product launch experience
- Veeva and NetSuite experience
- PMP or similar certification
