About the role
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise digital innovation strategy aligned with 3-5 year growth plans
- Assess digital capabilities, platforms, vendors and AI initiatives; identify gaps and simplification opportunities
- Build a prioritized multi-year digital roadmap based on value, readiness, risk and scalability
- Enable commercial, market access, patient services and medical affairs capabilities for launch readiness
- Identify and govern responsible AI and automation opportunities across the enterprise
- Define operating model, decision rights, governance and vendor strategy
Requirements
- 12+ years in digital strategy, enterprise technology, product, data or technology-enabled transformation
- Experience leading digital transformation connecting technology with business functions
- Working knowledge of commercial life sciences capabilities and data flows
- Ability to evaluate AI, automation and emerging technologies against real business problems
- Strong vendor and partner management, build-buy-partner judgment
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry
- Experience supporting a company approaching commercialization or launch
- Advanced degree or relevant technical or business training
