About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the health, growth, and retention of the most strategic enterprise accounts
- Manage a team of 6 Strategic Client Executives (SCEs) across Payer, Provider, EHR, Enterprise Vendor, and Life Sciences markets
- Drive net revenue retention and build expansion pipelines
- Develop and scale the enterprise customer success playbook
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure high-value platform utilization for strategic customers
- Maintain executive-level relationship health across the Strategic tier
Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-ARR, high-complexity enterprise relationships
- Ability to lead and scale a Customer Success team
- Experience flexing account strategies across diverse enterprise portfolios
- Strong background in driving net revenue retention and expansion
