About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead commercial operations and analytics capabilities for the U.S. launch of deramiocel
- Oversee commercial data, analytics, and forecasting
- Manage field operations, CRM, territory design, and incentive compensation
- Own performance reporting and commercial systems
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Finance, Medical Affairs, IT, Legal, and Compliance
Requirements
- Hands-on launch leadership experience
- Experience translating commercial strategy into scalable processes
- Strong analytical and execution skills
