About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute U.S. payer strategy for the anticipated launch of deramiocel
- Construct the payer value platform and shape coverage and contracting strategy across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Lead the National Account Director team to deliver timely payer access decisions
- Partner with Pricing & Contracting, Market Access Analytics, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Legal, and Finance
- Engage external payer leadership, advocacy organizations, and market access vendors
