Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the People Strategy for R&D and Regulatory functions in alignment with corporate goals
• Partner with TA, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Communications, and Talent Development to enable functional goals
• Assess organizational needs as the business evolves to ensure strategy alignment
• Advise and coach senior leaders on organization design, development, and change leadership
• Lead corporate-wide programs to enhance employee experience and support company growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies within the biotechnology industry
• Expert-level experience in strategic workforce planning
• In-depth knowledge of organizational development, process management, and change management
• Experience managing and mentoring HR talent
• Experience conducting thorough and objective investigations
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR program administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the design and delivery of Sales Incentive programs
