Senior Director of Client Engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead professional services engagements from initiation through completion, including workplan development and project oversight
• Serve as the primary point of contact for professional services delivery within assigned client accounts
• Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and on-time, on-budget project completion
• Manage engagement economics, forecast accuracy, and timely revenue recognition
• Direct the work of assigned project teams and provide performance feedback
• Collaborate with Resource Management, Services, and Commercial teams to ensure appropriate staffing and risk mitigation
• Support account strategy and build strong executive-level relationships across assigned clients

Requirements

• Strong professional services delivery experience
• Sound business and financial judgment
• Executive-level client relationship skills
• Ability to lead effectively across a matrixed organization
