About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and payer policies to identify growth opportunities
- Establish and manage partnerships with insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Map and engage with key contacts at potential payer partners
- Develop presentation and proposal materials for payer partners
- Own all RFP and RFI processes for national payers
- Manage complex value-based care contracting and negotiation processes
- Support operational handoffs from sales through implementation
- Provide insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure offerings meet payer needs
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and managing payer partnerships
- Experience selling to national payers and developing value-based care deals
- Strong proficiency in analyzing operational data and identifying trends
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Proven track record of success in scaling businesses and fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with both high-level strategy and detailed contract redlines
