About the role
Responsibilities
- Own commercial assessment of pipeline assets and indication expansions, including market sizing and addressable market analysis
- Develop target product profiles (TPPs) and commercially grounded differentiation strategies for pipeline assets
- Own competitive analysis and scenario planning for pipeline indications
- Drive portfolio prioritization, forecasting and commercial recommendations for Go/No-Go decisions
- Lead early commercial assessments of pipeline assets, in-licensing and business development evaluations
- Partner with Clinical Development on trial design assumptions and commercialization considerations
- Represent Commercial in PDT and GDT forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of biopharma, oncology, cell therapy or commercial strategy experience
- Hands-on experience building market sizing models, TPPs and competitive assessments
- Track record of leading launches, new product planning or portfolio strategy
- Strong executive presence, written communication and influence without authority
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD
