Responsibilities
- Lead underwriting strategy and governance for vehicle protection, GAP, warranty and ancillary products
- Turn complex portfolio data into clear actions on risk and profitability
- Advise executive leaders on growth, profitability and risk
- Shape products, risk appetite and operating practices
- Develop talent and strengthen portfolio management tools and processes
Requirements
- P&C actuarial or underwriting leadership experience
- Connects underwriting judgment with actuarial analysis, pricing and forecasting
- Portfolio performance management experience
