Senior Director, Program Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Own program strategy and vision from early development through registration and commercialization
• Frame program decisions around clinical probability of success, regulatory path, and commercial value
• Chair the cross-functional program team and manage timelines across workstreams
• Partner with Program Manager to align domain strategy and execution plans across Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial and CMC
• Own program dashboards and reporting for leadership on status, timelines and open risks
• Serve as primary strategic voice for assigned programs in governance forums and executive reviews
• Support due diligence, business development and investor activities for assigned programs

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA or equivalent)
• 11+ years in clinical drug development with strong oncology CMC experience
• Experience with CGT products, especially CAR-T, viral and TIL therapies
• Working knowledge of global clinical and commercial landscape in oncology and cell therapy
• Track record leading cross-functional teams through development phases and regulatory submissions
• Proficiency with program and portfolio management tools
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in program management, strategy or portfolio leadership in biotech
• Experience with commercial launch planning or lifecycle strategy
• Engagement with FDA, EMA or other health authorities in oncology or cell/gene therapy

Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $270,000 to $290,000 USD
