Senior Distribution Account Manager, META

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the two-tier distribution business across the region
• Own relationships with distributors and their reseller ecosystems
• Recruit and onboard resellers through distributors
• Drive demand generation with marketing programs and incentives (MDF/SPIFF)
• Build joint business plans with distributor executives and run regular business reviews (QBRs)
• Manage the distribution pipeline and forecast to hit sales targets
• Support distributors in account planning, prospecting, and opportunity qualification
• Ensure partner enablement and certification for Cloud Native Security Solutions
• Represent Cloudflare at partner and customer-facing events

Requirements

• 8+ years in distribution and/or partner management within a two-tier (2T) go-to-market model
• Direct experience managing value-added distributors (VADs) and their reseller ecosystems
• Solid working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and cybersecurity solutions
• Experience with channel governance, MEDDPICC sales qualification, and SFDC forecast discipline
• Experience in the Mid-Market / Commercial GTM segment
• Extensive experience influencing and aligning with C-level executives
• Proven record of designing and executing partner strategies
• Ability to travel up to 30-50% within the assigned region
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage
