About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact for delivery and executive sponsors
- Deliver engagements against agreed scope, schedule, hours budget and quality
- Own engagement governance, kickoffs, SteerCos and status reporting
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies through the RAID log
- Manage engagement financials, forecasting and margin
- Guide clients toward AI-assisted and agent-driven operations
- Identify expansion opportunities and co-sell with Account Executives
- Own change management and delivery communications
Requirements
- 5+ years software or services delivery experience, 2+ as engagement lead
- Track record taking enterprise SaaS deployments to go-live and adoption
- Strong grasp of SaaS implementation fundamentals
- Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery experience
- Commercial acumen across budgets, SoWs and change requests
- Executive presence leading SteerCos
- Leading cross-functional and distributed teams
- Hands-on use of AI in daily work
Preferred Qualifications
- Work management or SaaS software experience
- Professional services, agency or regulated industry experience
- PMP certification
