About the role
Responsibilities
- Renew AMC contracts for the existing portfolio within the assigned territory
- Acquire third-party elevators and escalators
- Participate in tenders regarding AMC, repair, and modernization (partial or full)
- Collect payments for booked orders according to agreed payment terms
- Support and coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth service operations
