About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis, programming, testing, and implementation of reporting and visualization tools
- Interpret request specifications to create and modify data analytics solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert to solve high-priority organizational analytical concerns
- Develop data visualization designs and lead deployment at an enterprise level
- Build complex business logic of metrics into datasets for ad hoc use
- Collaborate with data stewards and architects to maintain metadata and facilitate data governance
- Mentor team members to implement optimal reporting solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Certifications in Epic Cogito, Epic Clarity, and Epic Caboodle
- At least one applicable Data Model certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, data management, or software development within a healthcare environment
- Expert knowledge of Epic's reporting suite of analytical tools
