Senior ERP Product Owner and Customer Support - Orion

Responsibilities

• Own the operations and finance product roadmap, prioritized backlog, and functional outcomes for COINS and connected systems
• Manage construction-specific processes including percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP, and project profitability reporting
• Oversee procurement, purchase orders, inventory, and operational master data configuration
• Manage the financial close process to ensure an eight-day close requirement is achieved
• Serve as the functional support owner for operations and finance incidents and questions
• Own the functional segregation-of-duties framework and access governance in COINS
• Develop and deliver role-based training for finance, operations, and leadership users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, operations, or information systems
• 5+ years of experience supporting finance or operational processes in an ERP environment
• Construction or project-based accounting experience (job costing, WIP, revenue recognition)
• Experience leading or supporting an eight-day financial close
• Experience designing or administering ERP roles, access controls, and segregation-of-duties matrices
• Ability to diagnose complex functional issues and drive them to resolution
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and audit trails

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CMA, CIA, CISA, or MBA
• Big Four accounting or consulting experience supporting ERP controls
• Product Owner or Scrum Product Owner certification
• Experience with COINS or construction-focused ERP platforms
• Experience with SOX or IPO readiness and system integrations
