Senior Evaluation Manager for Sponsored Research

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage evaluation learning agendas and measurement strategies
• Serve as primary liaison with external evaluators on sponsored projects
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and communications across evaluation workstreams
• Integrate findings across studies, administrative data and implementation measures
• Translate evidence into implications for leadership, practitioners and funders

Requirements

• Doctorate in psychology, public policy, social work, epidemiology or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Research design, quantitative and qualitative or mixed-methods expertise
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Implementation science or applied research methods
• Experience with child welfare or public human-services systems
