Senior Event Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a decision framework for event selection based on ROI and strategic fit
• Set annual and quarterly event calendars and budgets
• Lead end-to-end event execution, including booth design, staffing, and logistics
• Design branded on-site experiences to drive registration and engagement
• Manage relationships with show organizers, industry associations, and vendors
• Own event-level and program-level reporting against KPIs
• Partner with Analytics teams to track attendee-to-member conversion

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or trade show management
• Demonstrated track record of achieving metrics-based goals through events
• Experience designing engagement mechanics and branded experiences that drive conversion
• Strong project management skills to run multiple events in parallel
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the architecture & design industry
• People management experience
• Existing relationships with industry associations like IFMA, AIA, and IIDA
