About the role
Responsibilities
- Triage communications across email and other channels, drafting responses when appropriate
- Own a complex, changing calendar and international travel schedule across time zones
- Prepare meeting briefs, materials and next steps; track decisions and action items
- Anticipate information needs, scheduling conflicts and stakeholder follow-ups
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and VP of Corporate Affairs on board and investor engagements
- Coordinate select global events, hospitality and office visits
Requirements
- 7+ years supporting a CEO, founder or similarly demanding principal
- Exceptional judgment, discretion and trustworthiness
- Highly organized and composed under pressure
- Strong concise written communication
- Technology-literate with practical AI and automation use
- Flexible availability outside traditional office hours when needed
