Senior Executive-Free Zone Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Free Zone Operations Department
• Manage registration, amendment, and company service requests via the online portal
• Verify and document requirements for service requests and liaise with clients for missing documentation
• Coordinate and manage cross-governmental projects such as ESR, DFZC, and TEC
• Maintain regulations, guidelines, laws, and collateral material relevant to the free zone
• Liaise between internal stakeholders to fulfill requests accurately and timely
• Validate documents to ascertain UBO and ensure adherence to FATF/AML compliance
• Monitor the Free Zone Portal and engage with IT teams for BRD and UAT sessions to enhance systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Free Zone operations, government services, or regulatory administration
• Strong knowledge of company registration processes and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with UBO, AML, FATF, and ESR regulations
• UAE experience preferred
