About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service excellence across NIP clients and digital service pipelines
- Execute high-volume transactional operations including GDRFA requests, visa processing and documentation clearances
- Ensure transaction accuracy and adherence to internal policies, SLAs and operational standards
- Resolve service discrepancies and provide professional guidance to clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous workflow optimization
Requirements
- Experience in administrative or transactional operations
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation processes
- Strong client service and communication skills
