About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes and activities for solar energy projects
- Negotiate terms and conditions for contracts and Purchase Orders
- Prepare equipment supply RFQs and consolidate technical and commercial comments
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify OEM quotations
- Lead supply contract commercial negotiations to meet project schedules
- Implement qualification requirements for main equipment factories (PV modules, inverters, trackers)
- Manage material cost forecasts and supply schedules
- Ensure accurate documentation of all contracts for audit compliance
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in purchasing main equipment for renewable energy projects (PV Solar/Wind)
- 2-3 years of experience in renewable energy EPC works
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or finance
- Technical knowledge of PV modules, inverters, and trackers
- Strong commercial risk knowledge and understanding of project finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant Master's degree from a top-tier institution
