About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare executive management reports, dashboards, performance packs, and variance analysis
- Support consolidation of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow across entities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated financial reports
- Integrate data from ERP, Excel, and other systems into reliable datasets
- Use AI and automation tools to improve forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity visibility, and treasury activities
- Partner with finance teams and business stakeholders on budgeting and cost allocations
- Contribute to KPI frameworks and data-driven reporting
- Support month-end close and reporting governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance
- Hands-on Power BI reporting experience, including data visualization
- Strong technical skills in data standardization and automation
- Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, or CMA
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance or Business
- 7+ years in FP&A/financial analysis
- Healthcare or multi-entity group experience
- Experience with Oracle EBM, consolidation, or planning systems
