Senior Finance Associate, Net Revenue

Responsibilities

• Support monthly net revenue close for hospital and health system clients
• Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Apply accounting principles to evaluate accruals, revenue recognition and net revenue issues
• Partner with clients and internal teams to investigate questions and recommend actions
• Manage multiple client engagements and special projects
• Mentor less experienced team members

Requirements

• 2+ years in consulting or health system finance environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical skills with complex financial data sets
• Baseline understanding of cash versus accrual accounting
• Understanding of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA license
• Healthcare financial accounting and reporting knowledge
