About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical anchor for complex financial cases, specifically pension consolidation and drawdown
- Ensure the quality and suitability of advice delivered to customers
- Collaborate with the Advice Engine to validate and refine financial plans
- Help shape the House Rules governing advice outputs
- Coach less experienced Advisers and Money Guides
- Serve as the senior point of escalation for the team to ensure positive advice outcomes
- Potentially provide line management for a team of Financial Advisers
