Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Core Services forecast each cycle using Pigment
• Assemble monthly budget updates and variance reports for budget owners and the COO
• Partner with Accounting through monthly close to resolve coding and timing issues
• Maintain position-level headcount tracking and plan bridges
• Track vendor and cloud spend, monitoring POs and run-rate changes
• Apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort in recurring finance work
• Support Core Services teams with data and reporting requests

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business unit FP&A, corporate FP&A, or strategic finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
• Experience with enterprise planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Workday) and accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong grounding in accounting fundamentals, including accruals and monthly close
• Ability to interpret cloud cost or FinOps reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technical or G&A functions in a shared-services environment
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or automations within Finance
• Proficiency with BI tools, SQL, Python, or Power Query
