Senior Fleet Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government and semi-government clients
• Identify new fleet sales opportunities through tenders, direct sales, and strategic partnerships
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery and payment collection
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in compliance with government requirements
• Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, finance, and aftersales teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement updates
• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain updated pipeline reports
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in fleet or government sales
• Strong knowledge of UAE government tender processes and procurement systems
• Proven track record of achieving fleet sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license
• Must be a UAE National
