Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, from discovery and scoping to deployment and outcome accountability
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned strategic accounts
• Bridge technical and business audiences by synthesizing complex data needs into actionable proposals
• Design and deliver bespoke intelligence applications combining ZoomInfo data with customer first-party data
• Contribute to the FDE playbook by documenting discovery frameworks, integration patterns, and success metrics
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive stickiness and growth

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
• Experience building data pipelines, entity matching/deduplication logic, or API integrations
• Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Consulting, or FDE)
• Ability to work fluently in LLM-based development environments like Claude Code or Codex
• Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership in a developing function

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B data and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Familiarity with enrichment and orchestration tools (e.g., RingLead, Clearbit, Demandbase)
• Knowledge of firmographic enrichment, entity resolution, and TAM modeling
