Senior Foundation Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of institutional and individual philanthropic relationships, developing long-term strategies to increase investment.
• Build trusted relationships with program officers, foundation executives, trustees, and individual donors.
• Design compelling funding strategies that align funder priorities with organizational goals.
• Develop persuasive grant proposals, concept papers, reports, and presentations.
• Partner with Marketing, Impact & Insights, Revenue Operations, and Finance to execute grant-funded initiatives.
• Mentor teammates on strategy, proposal development, and relationship cultivation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in foundation fundraising, institutional giving, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of securing and managing complex six- and seven-figure partnerships.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with foundation leaders and high-net-worth individuals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for complex proposal development.
• Ability to manage long cultivation cycles with disciplined execution.
• Strong prioritization and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience navigating sophisticated philanthropic organizations.
