About the role
Responsibilities
- Build a full stack application from frontend to backend services
- Architect and build scalable systems using multiple databases
- Develop highly performant APIs to power data visualizations
- Manage scalability requirements and implement performance improvements
- Contribute to building next-generation platforms for digital interaction
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant backend and web experience
- Strong working knowledge of front-end JavaScript and React
- Deep knowledge of Node.js and SQL
- Proven track record in architecting scalable systems
- Experience with large distributed data systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complex event-driven systems such as Kafka
- Experience with Continuous Integration and test-driven development
- Prior experience working in a startup environment
