About the role
Responsibilities
- Own architecture, quality, and engineering standards for internal tools
- Implement recommendation, ranking, and data-driven techniques to improve tool functionality
- Drive smarter automation to increase internal team efficiency
- Translate product requirements and technical vision into specs, system designs, and implementation plans
- Act as the primary technical voice for the team while maintaining high-output individual contribution
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack engineering and technical leadership
- Adept in AI-collaborative development
- Ability to balance human and technology intelligence to solve complex problems
- Experience with system design and technical specification writing
