About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, build, modernize, and support enterprise-grade digital platforms and mission-critical business applications
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions
- Establish reusable engineering standards and contribute to architecture governance
- Mentor development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle
- Lead technical delivery in Agile environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years delivering full stack applications
- Proven delivery of enterprise-scale, high-availability, or mission-critical digital platforms
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native and microservices-based solutions
- Experience with mobile application development and responsive application development
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content management systems
