About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in consolidating and reporting monthly financial data from multiple campuses
- Record journal entries and support month-end processes
- Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies
- Perform month-over-month and budget vs actual analysis
- Partner with FP&A on budgeting and reporting processes
- Support internal and external audits, including federal compliance audits
- Champion process improvements and automation in NetSuite and Ramp
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience, 3+ in-house
- Strong command of US GAAP
- NetSuite or similar accounting systems and advanced Excel
- Reconciliation of asset and liability accounts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends as requested
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA
- Big 4 public accounting experience
- Experience with Ramp
