Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager - Fragrance

Responsibilities

• Lead the global marketing strategy and execution for the fragrance portfolio
• Own end-to-end marketing development of new fragrance launches and core franchise support
• Develop compelling fragrance positioning and consumer narratives
• Lead the development of global launch toolkits including messaging, visual identity, and media assets
• Develop innovative consumer experiences including experiential activations and sampling programs
• Collaborate with Creative, Commercial, Digital, PR, and Social teams
• Build annual launch calendars and integrated marketing plans
• Analyze fragrance market trends and competitive activity
• Lead cross-functional project management for global stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in prestige beauty or luxury fragrance
• Proven track record of leading successful global fragrance launches
• Strong understanding of fragrance storytelling and olfactive positioning
• Experience creating integrated 360° campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer, social)
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple global projects
• Experience partnering with Product Development and Creative teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
