Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and execution of all CRM communications across Email and WhatsApp
• Translate campaign briefs into high-quality, consistent, focused creative that aligns with brand guidelines
• Own the end-to-end design process from concept through to final delivery
• Develop and maintain scalable design templates, components, and best practices
• Optimise creative based on campaign performance, customer insights, and A/B testing
• Support the broader Marketing Team with digital content, marketing campaign collaterals, and UX/UI support
• Maintain and organise all CRM creative assets, templates, and design libraries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Arts, Communications or Marketing
• Relevant experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio in CRM and Marketing communications
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience designing for CRM platforms such as XtremePush or Brevo
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of responsive email design and digital design best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work 4 days a week in Abu Dhabi
