Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Support the creative development and execution of visual assets across key esports titles including Counter-Strike, Rocket League, and Rainbow Six
• Design high-impact social media content, campaign creative, and promotional graphics
• Create YouTube thumbnails, video packaging assets, and content-supporting graphics
• Develop motion graphics and animated creative for social media, tournaments, and live broadcasts
• Design and maintain broadcast graphics packages including overlays, transitions, and scoreboards
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and producers to deliver compelling multi-channel content
• Contribute creative direction to new brand initiatives and ventures within the NIP Group portfolio
• Partner with video production teams on content shoots, set design, and visual presentation
• Create key art, event branding, merchandise concepts, and marketing materials for digital and physical activations
• Maintain and evolve design templates and creative guidelines to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience in esports, gaming, sports, or creative agencies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, social content, and visual identity systems
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience creating motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Proven ability to own projects from concept through final delivery
• Strong understanding of esports, gaming communities, and contemporary digital culture
