Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive our growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, data analysis, and a deep understanding of the CPaaS industry.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Customer Acquisition: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Customer Engagement and Retention: Design and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the CPaaS or SaaS industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
