Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media channels to drive profitable acquisition of new app users
  • Scale and optimize app acquisition campaigns in Google, Microsoft, and Apple ad platforms
  • Launch new ad channel tests and measure incremental lift
  • Execute in-market tests for new creative and messaging to improve app install conversion
  • Plan, execute, test, and analyze high priority marketing campaigns
  • Own a portfolio of existing channels including Google Ads, paid social, and app install campaigns

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing consumer apps preferred
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Apple Ads, and other paid digital advertising programs
  • Familiarity with non-digital paid media management such as CTV and TV
  • Proven track record of profitably scaling app install growth programs
  • Experience designing and running incrementality tests like geo holdouts and lift studies
  • Advanced analytical abilities including modeling app economics (LTV, payback) and data analysis
  • Experience running continuous creative testing pipelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
