About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage high priority marketing campaigns including planning, execution, testing, and optimization
- Drive profitable paid subscriber growth through new channel testing and creative testing
- Optimize spend and subscriber conversion rates
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and product experiences
- Support strategy and planning for new paid advertising initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles
- 2+ years of experience in paid acquisition for freemium consumer subscription apps preferred
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing platforms like app store ads, paid social, and mobile app networks
- Hands-on expertise standing up paid subscription programs from scratch
- Advanced analytical and measurement abilities including app economics (payback, LTV) and incrementality testing
- Excellent communication skills
