About the role
Responsibilities
- Own vet acquisition strategy and budget, including channel mix, CPA and payback targets
- Own vet paid media strategy and performance, directing an agency partner
- Own vet AEO and set priorities for SEO and the website
- Build top-of-funnel earnings and rate tools for veterinarians
- Own the referral program end to end
- Own the CRO backlog and test calendar for sign-up flow and landing pages
- Help Onboarding get newly approved vets to request their first shift in week one
- Own the acquisition model of record and holdout standards
- Own the interlock with Onboarding and BD, including lead scoring and handoff SLAs
- Co-own BU strategy with the GM and Staff PM
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Experience growing supply side of a licensed professional marketplace
- Owned a budget and channel mix with downstream outcome targets
- Experimentation rigor with real controls
- Comfortable with SQL and cohort data
- Strong writing skills
