About the role
Responsibilities
- Source home finance applications from the eligible target segment of the bank
- Meet individual monthly acquisition and disbursement targets
- Identify business development opportunities to increase sales
- Ensure daily submissions are complete regarding documentation and credit requirements
- Adhere to bank processes, standard operating procedures, and central bank local requirements
- Perform appropriate KYC and ID&V for customers in line with guidelines
- Communicate accurate information to customers to prevent mis-selling
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of the real estate market
- Experience in sales and business development
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous banking experience is preferred but not mandatory
