Senior Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Run implementations from kickoff to go-live, including discovery, configuration, testing, training and launch
• Turn customer pricing, tariffs, billing, crew pay and commissions into working configuration
• Design account structures for multi-location companies and franchise systems
• Set up and fix accounting integrations with Sage Intacct or QuickBooks
• Connect customers to van lines so orders, statements and settlements flow automatically
• Set up voice agents and Autopilot workflows, and fix failing calls
• Turn customer issues into clear bug reports and product requests
• Train customer teams on how they will actually use the system
• Own implementation templates, checklists, QA and handoff steps

Requirements

• 5+ years implementing or configuring complex business software
• Understanding of general ledger, AP and AR, vendor bills and reconciliations
• Ability to turn commission sheets or rate contracts into system rules
• Technical troubleshooting of APIs, webhooks and data syncs
• Experience running several projects at once
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting or bookkeeping experience
• SQL or light scripting
• Experience with field-heavy businesses such as construction, home services, fleet or logistics
• Moving, van-line or relocation experience
